Dr. Toni McDowell, PT, DPT, WCS

Dr. Toni McDowell earned her Bachelors of Science in Biology from the University of Central Florida, with minors in Health Sciences and Fitness Training. She went on to attend the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences for her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. Dr. McDowell is a board certified Women's Health Clinical Specialist and has earned the Certificate of Achievement in CAPP-Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy through the American Physical Therapy Association, Section on Women’s Health. She also has certifications in Male Pelvic Health Therapy as well as Pregnancy & Postpartum Physical Therapy. Dr. McDowell is looking forward to dedicating herself and her career to specializing in Men & Women’s Pelvic Health.

Dr. Carly Feltz, PT, DPT, CMTPT, CLT

Dr. Carly Feltz earned her doctorate of physical therapy at Concordia University in Wisconsin. She specializes in pelvic floor therapy across the lifespan, treating all genders and children. Dr. Feltz is certified in dry needling and lymphedema therapy, and has additional training in visceral manipulation. She loves to help those suffering from bowel dysfunction and pelvic pain. She lives in West Melbourne with her husband and 2 children.

Dr. Tiffany Lipsky, PT, DPT

Dr. Tiffany Lipsky is a Pennsylvania native who moved to Florida to attend Florida Tech where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology. She attended graduate school at the University of St. Augustine where she earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy and graduated with honors. Dr. Lipsky has earned three specialized certificates of completion in Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy through the American Physical Therapy Association and Section on Women’s Health. Dr. Lipsky has a strong background in manual therapy techniques and works with a variety of conditions involving the lumbo-pelvic-hip complex and pelvic floor. Dr. Lipsky is passionate about helping women and men achieve optimal health that is free of pain and full of confidence.

Marla Hinkle, OTR/L

Marla Hinkle, OTR/L, graduated from Misericordia University, Dallas, PA, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy. Marla has been trained via Herman and Wallace on pelvic floor function, dysfunction and treatment interventions for the Pelvic Floor. Additionally, Marla has trained with the Klose Institute for Breast Cancer Rehabilitation and has education on lymphedema strategies and prevention. Previously, Marla has worked in industrial rehabilitation and several inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation clinics, and exhibits a strong background in ergonomics, body mechanics education, and lifestyle modifications. Marla has over 25 years of clinical and management experience. She resides in Melbourne with her husband and three daughters.

Jennifer A. Hickman,  COTA/L, CLT UE

Jennifer has been practicing Occupational Therapy in Melbourne, FL for 7 years, spending the past 6 years focused on Women’s Health. She is primarily focused on Breast Care (PRE & POST Breast Cancer diagnosis), and Pelvic Floor Dysfunction, with an emphasis on manual techniques, scar care/therapy and edema management. She is a certified Lymphedema Therapist and Breast Cancer Rehabilitation Therapist through KLOSE Institute, and has completed training through Herman and Wallace Institute for the treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction. Jennifer originally studied manual therapy and massage at The Body Therapy Institute in Siler City, NC. After practicing as an LMT for 5 years, and eager to grow as a therapist, she attended Keiser University in Melbourne, Florida where she earned her degree in Occupational Therapy. Her goal is to provide patients with therapeutic touch, education, training and the life skills needed for optimal physical, mental, emotional health and overall wellness.

Dr. Sharon Hope Winters, OTD, OTR/L, PTA, LMT, Cert. Pilates Instructor

Dr. Winters has been involved with human health since 2003 when she took a six month sabbatical to travel on a hospital ship through Europe into Africa. From there she returned to the states with a passion to help others!
She continued focus in the health care field and has completed her Doctorate in Occupational therapy, Masters in Occupational Therapy, Bachelors in Health Care Management, Associates in Physical Therapy, is a Licensed Massage Therapist, and an Advanced Certified Pilates Instructor. Dr. Winters continues to develop her Occupational and Physical Therapy knowledge through Herman and Wallace specializing in Pelvic Floor and Breast Health.
Her passion is to provide quality patient care that gives patients valuable pre and post labor experiences, enhances the occupation of intimacy for the physically challenged and elderly, improves the confidence and independence of patients with pelvic floor dysfunction, and helps in the recovery of breast cancer. She started her career in 2007 working in outpatient physical therapy providing orthopedic physical therapy care, massage therapy, cupping, kinesio taping, Gua Sha muscle scraping, and Pilates services. Her holistic focus on patient care has grown to specialize in women’s health and she has committed her career to helping patients with pelvic floor dysfunction, breast health, and postpartum care needs.
